WINNER Kang Seung Yoon Enlists on June 20

On the 24th of May, YG Entertainment announced WINNER Kang Seung Yoon's enlistment on June 20.

Hello, this is YG Entertainment. 

We inform you about Kang Seungyoon's enlistment in the military as follows. 

Kang Seung-yoon will enlist in the training center on June 20 and receive basic military training before serving as an active duty soldier. 

In respect of Seungyoon Kang's desire to enlist quietly, the location and time of enlistment will be kept private, and we ask for your understanding that no special event will be held on the same day. 

We would appreciate it if you would send warm encouragement and love until the day Kang Seung-yoon fulfills his national defense duties and returns in good health. We will not hold back our continuous support and affection for Kang Seungyoon and other WINNER members.

The South Korean singer-songwriter, actor, producer will be joining his co-member, Mino, who's also been serving as a public service worker since March.

Kang Seung Yoon has been active with WINNER and his solo activities. He recently ended his first solo photography exhibit, attended his member' Seunghoon's musical and performed in Awesome Stage with his members.
